The development of Bailine began in the sixties, and is today an advanced system for figure shaping and weight reduction.
There are now lots of Bailine Figure Shops all over Scandinavia. Bailine is also established in many other countries.
The Bailine system is based on three principles

- Increase in activity
- Mental conditioning
The Bailine system is a program specific to each client, with physical exercises and information about effective dieting as well as psychological methods combined with the use of computerised training simulators.
The Bailine simulator
It is the advanced trailing simulator that makes the Bailine system unique. Developed specially for Bailine, it is the result of many years of research, and enables women to achieve a better figure and maintain their ideal figure.
The simulator has been tested and approved as medical equipment by various international and national safety regulation directives, and complies with, among others, American, Canadian, European and Scandinavian regulations (CB, CE, UL, CL, Nemko, Demko and S-märket).
Combined with a computer program, the exercise simulator offers various forms of exercises. The Bailine simulator has special programs for the correction and improvement of all areas of the body, and can be adjusted for the specific needs of each individual.
Who can start a Bailine Figure Shop?
Any woman who wishes to start her own business and be her own boss can start a Bailine Figure Shop.
The costs involved in opening a Bailine Figure Shop are no greater than starting a small beauty salon. The amount needed to furnish the shop will vary depending on what is required, what the individual may already have – furniture, computer, etc., and what she is able to contribute financially herself.
The Bailine main office can assist in setting up budgets and applying for loans. As the capital required for starting a Bailine is small (compared to similar businesses), it is usually not a problem for anyone with good credit to get the amount required.
