Simulator model SIM-16 / FIG-16: Cables should be marked with red ink or tape

25-pin FEMALE DB25F
(as seen from the soldering side)

DB25F-2 = DB9F-3
DB25F-3 = DB9F-2
DB25F-7 =DB9F-5

red/yellow/blue/black wires
2 = yellow, 3 = blue, 7 = red
(black is not used)

orange/blue/black wires
2 = black + black, 3 = blue, 7 = orange
(connect black wires to each other)

green/yellow/brown wires
2 = green, 3 = yellow, 7= brown

green/blue/orange/brown
(4 pair of wires)
2 = green, 3 = blue, 7 = orange
(pairs connected together,
brown wires are not used)

9-pin FEMALE DB9F
(as seen from the soldering side)

DB9F-3 = DB25F-2
DB9F-2 = DB25F-3
