BspSim is a program that patches or upgrades
the firmware (the internal program) in a SIM-16
or FIG-16 siomulator to the latest version.

This program is a windows program. You need a 
PC with a serialport set up as COM1 or COM2.

You can use a USB2Serialport adapter if the 
PC does not have built in serial ports.

Start the EXE file under windows, then select 
the HEX file with the highest version number
and push the 'download' button to upgrade 
the simulator.

STIM41.HEX:
This update removes the name 'SIM-16' from 
the display.
